I am an experienced and vibrant yoga teacher certified from two 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified (E-YRT) teacher trainings: Jivasara Yoga School and CorePower Yoga. I have taught classes from slow and relaxing to fast and energizing, from class sizes of 1 to 110 students, and to a wide range of skill levels and contraindications. I am also experienced in teaching yoga teachers and leading workshops. My love is the world of yoga, and my passion is sharing this practice with students and teachers around the world!
